    • How does the subscription work?

      It’s really simple – just select your subscription option (monthly, 3 months, 6 months or annual) then each month we will delivery your monthly box to your preferred address.

    • What comes in the monthly box?

      Each box includes five or more promoted products, as well as a couple non-promoted box boosters.

      In addition, the monthly box includes a monthly newsletter that will include content such as recipe cards, product reviews and product tips and tricks.

      Throughout the year, additional surprise giveaways will be hidden in a select number of boxes through random selection.

    • When I sign up, which month’s box will I get?

      If you sign up by the 15th day of the month, you will receive the box for the next month. For example, if you sign up by January 15th, you will receive a February box

    • When will I get my monthly box?

      Monthly delivery dates will be announced via our social media account (typically within the first two weeks of the month). Our delivery team will contact you via email to advise you of your specific delivery date and time slot.

    • What if I am not home when my monthly box is delivered?

      If you are not home when our delivery team arrives within the delivery window, your box will be left on your doorstep and an email will be sent to you to advise that your box has been delivered.

    • How long will my membership last?

      Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.

    • Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

      bidboxbda does not currently allow subscriptions to be paused, but if you will be traveling during a specific delivery window, you can contact our customer service team at bidboxbda@outlook.com to adjust your delivery address for a specific month.

    • How do I change my delivery address?

      Should you need to change your delivery address, contact our customer service team at bidboxbda@outlook.com and they will assist you. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

    • How much does bidboxbda subscription cost?

      A monthly subscription is $25 per month. A three-month subscription is $69, prepaid for 3 months. A six-month subscription is $135, prepaid for 6 months. An annual subscription is $255, prepaid for 12 months.

    • How do I change my billing information?

      You can update your billing information at any time by logging into your account at www.bidboxbda.com.

    • Can I return my box for a refund if I don’t like the products?

      Unfortunately, subscription boxes are non-refundable. Some products may be a better fit for you than others, but that's part of the fun – trying new things! We encourage you to share your samples with family or friends.

    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      Monthly subscribers:

      You must cancel your subscription by the 15th of any month by contacting our customer service team. For example, cancel on or before November 15 to avoid being charged for the December box. Please note that if you have already been charged for your next box when you cancel, we are unable to refund you, as the order is already in progress with our warehouse. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged and your subscription will renew. You may cancel by contacting our customer service team by email at bidboxbda@outlook.com. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

      3 Month and 6 Month subscribers: 

      You must cancel your subscription by the 15th of the last month of your subscription period. Your subscription is non-refundable and your cancellation will not take effect until the end of the three or six-month subscription period after which no further charges will be made. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged and your subscription will renew. You may cancel by contacting our customer service team by email at bidboxbda@outlook.com. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

      Annual subscribers: 

      You must cancel your subscription by the 15th of the last month of your subscription period. While you may cancel at any time, your subscription is non-refundable and your cancellation will not take effect until the end of annual subscription period after which no further charges will be made. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged and your subscription will renew. You may cancel by contacting our customer service team by email at bidboxbda@outlook.com.
